Forage Gourmet Edibles is a family owned and operated business.
With a Horticulture background, Farmer Jamie has always been passionate about growing edible plants and along with a love of food & cooking Forage Gourmet Edibles came to life. Alongside Farmer Jamie is his wife & business parter Amanda who manages the administration side of the business to ensure smooth sailing.
The farm is based in Terrey Hills and has been operating for 7 years from humble beginnings in the space of one greenhouse expanding to 3 acres consisting of a collection of greenhouses and open fields for growing.
At Forage Gourmet Edibles we grow baby herbs, edible flowers and salad mixes.
We also work in collaboration with Urban Green Sydney to supply microgreens and sprouts.
We sell our produce to local restaurants, cafes, providores, the Sydney Markets and the general public.
Great pride & special care is taken with our produce to ensure freshness, quality & flavour.
We use organic sprays & beneficial insects on the farm.
Our belief is that everyone should have access to good quality, fresh, healthy and local produce.
